Fine Tuning The Logo

We now have all the elements to finish the logo. The client has chosen the logo identity, the font and the colors. We tend to clean up any little alignment issues or highlights and then we present the final logo to you. After sign off, a set of files will be made for the print world to use. These files will be placed on a cd for the client to have. Next step is business cards, brochures, letterhead, any signage needed, and a web site to point people to learn more about the company. Our job is to make you an original card that will make you proud to hand to someone. Putting your best foot forward at a business meeting starts when you hand out your card. You want to impress them when they visually look at the business card and determine your experience, professionalism, and what service your company provides.

The Logo Design Process

We start at the beginning with a meeting or phone conference to discuss what the client has in mind. If you are not sure, you can count on our creative staff to design a unique set of logo samples. Colors and fonts are not as important as the concept of the design. Most logo designs actually get hand drawn while brainstorming for a logo.

First Set of Samples

The first set of logo samples will be drawn in vector format and depending on the logo will be enhanced and modified in photoshop. We will send the clients a digital file (jpeg image) of the logo samples for review. This is where the fun begins. We discuss the logos and find out which one the client favors. We return to the drawing board and revise the logo and start to work on font samples for the logo. This depends on the client and the message that we are sending to potential customers of our clients. A new set of samples are sent to the client for review.

Second Set of Changes

Upon discussing the font samples with the client, we can adjust the font to the project. Now we can start working on colors. More samples will be sent to the client after discussing color preferences. Colors represent feelings as well as a font or logo image. All of this tells a story when one looks at your logo. We will then create a new set of logo samples for the client to review.

Logo Design and Concepts

Designing a logo is an important process to creating a successful company. The logo will be the first impression that they will see. A logo should tell what the business represents and what your company is about. The logo creation process is a collaboration of the client and the designer. Working together, refining the logo to the desired look and feel. Logo Design or also known as "Corporate Identity" can not be taken lightly. You may be looking at that logo for several years. The logo begins to be placed on everything attached to the business. We make the process fun. You will be choosing from samples that we create and revising a logo to your liking.
